Training Schedule




Mondays
 
6:00pm -  6:30pm Stroke Improvers
6:30pm -  7:30pm Competitive Swimmers 
 
 
Thursdays:
 
4:15pm - 5:15pm  All Swimmers
 
Sundays: 
 
5:00pm -  6:00pm  All Swimmers


 
Members of the Durrington Otters are encouraged to come out and train at all three sessions offered.  We expect our members to attend a minimum of two training sessions per week to maintain their personal fitness levels. 
 
Please note many of our swim galas are held on Saturday evenings and competitive swimmers are expected to commit to attending as required.  Advance notice of selection for the team will be provided.

Where sessions are scheduled as timing sessions all members are strongly encouraged to attend. These sessions help both the Club and the individual to assess their progress and the suitability of the current training programme.
